Die Zuf\u00fchrung des Rohmaterials wurde bereits entsprechend realisiert. In einem n\u00e4chsten Schritt soll der Abtransport der unterschiedlichen Drehteile ohne Taktzeitverlust automatisiert werden. Ein vollst\u00e4ndig automatisierter Abtransport wurde als zielf\u00fchrendste und wirtschaftlichste L\u00f6sung eruiert.\u00a0 Die Investitionen und das Risiko f\u00fcr diese L\u00f6sung wurden aber als hoch eingestuft. Daher ist das Projekt in mehrere Etappen unterteilt worden.<\/p>\n<p>In einem ersten Schritt entwickelten wir\u00a0 eine Entnahmestation, welche die Teile nicht wie \u00fcblich ab Spannfutter greift, sondern direkt ab Teileausgabe mit einem optischen System erkennt. Mit einem kollaborativem Roboterarm werden die Teile in Schubladen platziert und f\u00fcr die Nachmessung aussortiert. Die Anlage kann auf Rollen verschoben und in der H\u00f6he verstellt werden, um an verschiedenen Drehmaschinen flexibel angebracht zu werden.<\/p>\n<p>Nach der Test- und Optimierungsphase der Zelle, wird die n\u00e4chste Ausbaustufe der Automatisierung gestartet. Ein selbstfahrendes System, das an diversen Drehmaschinen Teile entnimmt und diese autonom im Zentrallager verwaltet, wird angestrebt.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_empty_space empty_h=&#8220;2&#8243;
