Die Herausforderung<\/h2>\n

Der Kundenwunsch war die Neuentwicklung einer Produktfamilie im Baukastensystem, welche drei verschiedene Produkttypen umfasst. Die Anzahl und Anbringung der Connectors und der LED Anzeige sowie die Montage variieren dabei bei jedem der drei Typen. Die durch die Elektronik entstehende W\u00e4rme muss so gut wie m\u00f6glich abgeleitet werden.<\/p>\n

Unser Ansatz<\/h2>\n

Unser interdisziplin\u00e4rs Team aus Designern, Ingenieuren, Berechnungsingenieuren hat in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Kunden die Produktfamilie DT50 entwickelt. Diese besteht aus einem intelligenten, 3-teiligen Geh\u00e4use im Baukastensystem und ist dadurch variabel f\u00fcr verschiedene Applikationen. Die Montage ist einfach und die Nutzung der Steckeranschl\u00fcsse frei zug\u00e4nglich. Der Boden und der Deckel bestehen aus Aluminium-Druckguss und der Rahmen aus Aluminium-Strangpressprofil. Eine aufgespritzte Silikonschnur im Inneren dient als verliersichere Dichtung. Eine optimale EMV-Sicherheit wird durch definierte Kontaktfl\u00e4chen sichergestellt.<\/p>\n

Die beidseitige \u00abTaillierung\u00bb ist das formale Element, welches alle 3 Bauteile optisch verbindet und ein enges Aneinanderf\u00fcgen mehrerer Geh\u00e4use erm\u00f6glicht. Zugleich sch\u00fctzt diese Einbuchtung die Kunststoff-Klebeetiketten. Diese Klebeetiketten erm\u00f6glichen, verschiedene Applikationen unterschiedlicher Beschriftungen mit unterschiedlicher LED-Anzahl anzuzeigen, sowie die Logoplatzierung f\u00fcr OEM-Produkte. Durch die konvexe und konkave W\u00f6lbung im Deckel wird die K\u00fchlrippenfl\u00e4che vergr\u00f6ssert und verschlankt so optisch die Gesamtproportion.<\/p>\n
